1. What classes does Advance Business Academy or ABA provide?

ABA offers the following courses:

Pre-License Real Estate

Real Estate Exam Preparation

Continuing Education; and

2. Is ABA state approved?

Yes. ABA is currently approved and licensed in Pennsylvania.

3. What courses are required by the state for Pre-License classes?

The state requires the following courses for the Pre-License classes.

PA Real Estate Fundamentals (30 hours); and

PA Real Estate Practice (45 hours).

4. What is the passing rate for Pre-License classes?

.Eight out of 10 or 84% of students who took their exam within 30 days of completion pass their Pre-License classes....

5. When are the classes available?

Classes are available at various times where students are able to create their own schedule.

Monday - Evenings (5p-10p)

Tuesday - Days & Evenings (9a - 10p)

Wednesday - Days (9a - 6p)

Friday - Evenings (5p-10p)

Saturday - Days (8a - 6p)

Sunday - Days (8a - 6p)

6. What are the required courses and class sections?

Students are required to complete 2 courses namely PA Real Estate Fundamentals and PA Real Estate Practices.

Each of these courses are broken down by multiple sections:

FUN2: Public/Private Land Use Control

FUN3: Environmental Issues

FUN4: Legal Descriptions

FUN5: Interests in Real Estate

FUN6: Forms of Ownership

FUN7: Title Matters

FUN8: Real Estate Contracts

FUN9: Principles of Financing

FUN10: PA Real Estate Licensing

FUN-REV: Review

FUN- TEST: Final Exam

7. Can I cancel my enrollment?

If you have not started training, you may cancel enrollment by submitting a written notice of such cancellation to the school at info@abarealestateclasses.com. Notice shall be submitted no later than midnight of the fifth business day (excluding Sundays and holidays) following the signing of the enrollment contract. In the event of dispute over timely notice, the burden to prove service rests on the sender. Once students have attended class they may request a partial refund after 3 days.

8. What are the inclusions in the tuition fees?

The tuition fee of $350.00 includes the electronic textbook, online portal, and virtual class resources. Acceptable forms of payment are credit card, checks, money orders, or CashApp info@abarealestateclasses.com. The tuition fee to retake the class after 90 days requires a payment of $200. Students are eligible for a retake within 6 months of the completion date of the initial course for which they are enrolled.

9. Is payment plan available?

Yes, payment plan is available with an administrative fee of $50.00

Terms of Payment:

Initial payment: $100

Weekly payments: $100

(until the total amout of $375 is fully paid)

Please take note that although students may use the payment plan option, they are responsible for the full payment due for the courses they are enrolled.

If any payment is missed, classes will be suspended and the full balance will become due immediately.

Certificate or Transcript will not be provided to a student with an outstanding balance or unpaid tuition fees.

10. Do you accept walk-in or immediate sign up?

Yes, we do accept immediate sign up. We have rolling enrollment. Students can sign up at anytime and get started to join any class that is available.

11. Can I make up for missed sessions?

Yes, a student can make up for missed sessions based on the schedule available.

12. For failed exams or courses, do you offer repeat enrollment? Is the tuition fee the same?

Students can retake failed quizzes. They also have access to their courses for 90 days. If they do not compete the course,. they can re-enroll for $200.
