Pennsylvania Pre-license classroom experience. Students attend live classes at our West Philadelphia classroom and also have access to our online learning portal (ABA LIVE) allowing students to access resources, quizzes, and learning materials online.
Class Schedule: Saturday's 10a-4p
Students must register for classes prior to attending to ensure proper space and supplies. Multiple unexcused absences may cause the student to be suspended.
Required Courses & Class Sections
Students are required to complete 2 courses, PA Real Estate Fundamentals and PA Real Estate Practices. Each of these courses are broken down by multiple sections:

There is a final quiz for each section, that must be completed with a minimum grade of 70%.
you have not started training, you may cancel this contract by submitting
written notice of such cancellation to the school at its address or via email shown
on the contract, which notice shall be submitted not later than midnight of the
fifth business day (excluding Sundays and holidays) following your signing this
contract or the written notice may be personally or otherwise delivered to the
school within that time. In event of
dispute over timely notice, the burden to prove service rests on the sender.
Students must complete an ABA Enrollment Agreement prior to beginning classes.
ABA Classroom Experience Tuition
Tuition of $450.00 includes the electronic textbook, online portal, and virtual class resources. Acceptable forms of payment are credit card, checks, money orders, or CashApp.
Tuition to retake the class once is $200. Students are eligible for a retake within 6 months of the completion date of the initial course for which they were enrolled.
