PA Real Estate Pre-Licensing Courses Create Your Own Schedule
This purchase will include both courses required by the PA Real Estate Commission for a total of 75 hours (PA Real Estate Fundamentals & PA Real Estate Practice). Students will be able to build their own schedules based on their availability.

Required Courses & Class Sections
Students are required to complete 2 courses, PA Real Estate Fundamentals and PA Real Estate Practices. Each of these courses are broken down by multiple sections:

If you have made a payment or deposit but have not started training, you may cancel by submitting written notice of such cancellation to the school at firstname.lastname@example.org, notice shall be submitted not later than midnight of the fifth business day (excluding Sundays and holidays) following your signing this contract or the written notice may be personally or otherwise delivered to the school within that time. In event of dispute over timely notice, the burden to prove service rests on the sender. If student cancels after begining classes , the student will be responsible for all tuition and fees.
Students must complete an ABA Enrollment Agreement prior to beginning classes.
ABA Course Tuition
Tuition of $350.00 includes the electronic textbook, online portal, and virtual class resources. Acceptable forms of payment are credit card, checks, money orders, or CashApp email@example.com.
Tuition toretakethe class after 90 days requires a payment of $200. Students are eligible for a retake within 6 months of the completion date of the initial course for which they were enrolled.
Payment plans are available and are subject to a $50 administrative fee. Our payment plans require a $100 deposit and then three additional $100 weekly payments until the balance is paid. Please note that although students may use the payment option they are responsible for the full fee of the course. If a payment is missed classes will be suspended and the full balance will become due immediately. No certificate or transcript will b provided to a student with an outstanding balance.
